This 'Public Order' collar was developed specifically for a UK Police dog section who require maximum control and neck support when working among hostile crowds.
It was designed to provide comfort and support to a Police dog's neck, when working at the end of the lead, allowing the dog to engage a hostile target comfortably, without being restricted or choked. At the same time, the design allows for adjustment to be made, in order that the collar isn't 'slipped' by the dog.
This collar is entirely hand made from my popular 'Dark Havanna', black or 'Australian Nut' English bridle leather hides. The main body is 2 inches in width, providing comfort for working dogs when they are deployed in hostile environments.
Made in 2 standard sizes and being fully adjustable, the majority of neck sizes are accommodated.
Fitted with the highest quality solid brass buckles and chain, the adjustment straps are secured with two solid copper saddlers rivets on each side and is hand stitched, with an incredibly strong, braided polyester thread.
The collar design allows for a secure fit, specific to your individual dog.
Small - Suitable for small to medium neck sizes (Malinois, smaller German Shepherds, Dobermann)
Large - Suitable for larger necked dogs (larger German Shepherds, Rottweiler)
